Well WoWo Santa never found my place but no matter, lol. I'm certainly not lacking in WoWo stuff.  I think the Xmas gift is a really thoughtful touch for your customers.

Neil, just like to say, it's been absolutely fantastic to see WoWo going from strength to strength and long may it continue into 2016 and beyond.  I'm a great admirer of enterprise and small UK business in particular so good on you and your bro!

It's been a pleasure working with you to test your prototype products and I've loved having the opportunity to try out some truly superb products developed by 'real' enthusiasts with a serious eye for detailing (pardon the pun, lol!).  I love all your stuff but your lightweight lambswool wash mitts (all kinds) have been a revelation for me.   

Finally your customer service is second to none as the many posts on here attest to.  And that's becoming a rarity these days.
