I'd leave it. Just blob some wax on it to stop corrosion every other week or so. You could spend £100 on a refurb plus the hassle of logistics only for the same thing to happen again at any time.
If the damage was more than that, I'd fix it, but it's not a show car, it's a car that gets used to do the job it was intended for. You have to ask yourself, if you were buying it as a used car with that minor scuff on it, would it put you off? Would you get it repaired then? Probably not. You are annoyed with yourself now and want it perfect again, but give it a couple of weeks and you'll not be as bothered.
