They all try it on a bit, even the one I use regularly and he knows i'll generally haggle like a Persian rug salesman in Marmaris.

At least his opening gambit isn't a piss poor p/x price and no discount. He's always halfway to where I want him to be.

It's a game they all play. If they get the odd "wet behind the ears" punter who doesn't haggle for anything off then it's jackpot time.

Luckily enough, most of us here get a good deal, mainly spurred on because they heard what a good deal the last person posted on here got and go out of their way to beat it!  :grin:
