Hi all. Don't know if this has been posted before, but I was playing around today with the Nav Companion part of VW Germany's website, and came across a "feature" to embed a picture into a GPS address. Basically you can use the Nav Companion to upload a image of your chosen address (work, home, POI etc.), then enter the address and postcode and Nav Companion will create a jpg image that has GPS co-ordinates imbedded.
Then from the main menu, go to "pictures" select the SD card location you stored your "image destinations" on, and they will pop up on screen with a small GPS flag in the upper left corner. Touching this "flag" brings up a menu asking if you want to Navigate to that address. I'll try and put some photos up later.
Not earth shattering, but a bit of fun non the less.
