sorry not feeling the love, i also think the VW badge is too large on the Mk7 to carry off the black look

Admittedly not my cup of tea - it might look a bit better if the front badge was colour coded to the car to break up the grille area (and get rid of the 'hump' in the bonnet line).

Being the owner of a classic MK2 I always crave standard spec factory spec. However beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it can be returned to standard if needs be so good luck to you.

It's a no from me too. Can't understand this painting the badge black thing and you've taken it to the next level. The car looks best as standard IMO. Each to their own!

Minus the tint to the headlights it looks good.  Blacked my badges out too, different strokes for different folks  :smiley:

I Plasti Dipped my VW and GTI badges to black and after a week I took it off as the original looked better IMO. Main thing is if you like it keep it as it is.
