Heated seats were but the winter pack also includes heated washers which is all the winter pack woth leather previously included.

If I go through the tracker then it can't find my order. If I log into Volkswagen then the order is listed under 'My Cars' and is showing Stage 2 which is more detail than it used to in that section.

Not sure where to post updates on my R so decided to resurrect my 'mega thread'     My R does have the Tech Pack so there is a tenuous link 

Well, I checked in with my dealer today and the estimated build week has slipped yet again, only by a week, but still.  So since Jan it's shifted around a bit: BW 28-29-45-29-34-35.   

Jesus!  It's taking nearly as long as having a real baby - from conception to delivery, and some of that is much more fun!!

If my Mk6 gets sold soon, I may press VWUK to supply a courtesy car, which they may agree to if the wait is over 6 months.  Will drop it into my reply to my dealer.

Don't rub it in wigit    Some people are so greedy, hogging all the Rs!  (you need a bigger driveway soon, in addition to the wheel room)

To be honest, I dont know how any of you wait for your cars, i am in the camp of I want it and I want it now! I am really not that fussed over colour and spec as i probably wont keep it that long so take the nearest to my ideal that can be had quickly at a good price....

On that note, GTi PP 3 dr manual in Tornado Red for sale - winter pack and discover nav, 5000 miles now,  probably 6k by time it can go in August .... dealer has bid 20k so £21k for quick sale

New A6 quattro coming in its place - need something more practical and a motorway mile eater. Also not ordered but taken from what was (just about) available....

Someone will have a really good car there (kerbed wheels aside) 

The R will be worth the wait, I can guarantee you that. Not that I'd have the patience

And yes, you should be entitled to a car courtesy of VW, though personally I think you should take up Mr W's offer and run his car in properly for a while...
