Craig, I can't find the link, but when I got a different collar lead for my GTI to display the artwork properly it was no where near that kind of money - I think I paid maybe £15 - I'm pretty sure it was Amazon or Ebay, so have a search on there!

It does kind of look like the genuine VW article, the only difference between the one I have for sale on eBay and the one in your link is the number 0315A - mine says 0314. Not sure what this means but the rest of the numbers etc are the same.

If it's any use to you, the eBay item number for mine is 161623737383, it came from a UK 2014 Golf GTD so is a genuine VW green collar lead.

Had another quick scout on ebay and ive managed to get hold of one for about £30 although its clearly not brand new. As long as it works
