I've got the Samsung s4 and before that the s2 and the only way to display contacts on the nav is to have the pictures actually on the phone first and then assigned to a contact.
TCR, Pure Grey, DCC, Dynaudio and Climate Screen.

Hi,

Been doing a bit more google since yesterday.
I tried putting some pictures on the phone and then asigning to a contact - didn't work.
I have since found out that it might have something to do with the BT protocols on the phone (depends on the version of andriod).
So am going down that route...

Any help on this?

Thanks

Hi
I had a Samsung Galaxy S3 and now a S5 and I have never succeeded in getting pictures to display despite having pictures linked directly to contacts on the phone. Are there any other tips or suggestions?

I gave up about 5 mins after setting up my contacts in the car.

Would like to find out if its possible, but I have a Windows phone so if a Samsung with Android can't always do it, I guess I have no chance.

On the nav pro you need to put your favourite contacts on the 6 spaces on the screen then the when you connect your phone it should automatically show the contacts. Have you checked all the settings for phone and Bluetooth on the navigation? I haven't had any issues with either my s2 or s4.
