It's my day off tomorrow so I'll have a good look at the wiring, a lot of people are saying it's the filter but I dont know anyone else with the s2000 filter that's had a problem, my secondry air pump stops working when the maf is disconnected also

Check the wiring , make sure someone has swapped wiring around (on maf plug and at ecu ), has it got cruise control ?

Ok mate how will I know if it's wrong though? Yes it does have cruise control

Use a multimeter to check the voltages / you might find a wire break.

No idea what voltage you're meant to see though

Just tested it, I'm getting all correct voltages apart from the one where it says 1.4v when idling, instead I'm getting between 13.98v and 13.88v looks like it's giving to much and frying the mafs how can this be happening? That's pretty crazy isn't it? Haha cheers

Perhaps a fried resistor maybe?

I have no idea haha, I was only guessing it was a resistor, I'm not even sure there is a resistor in the line if I'm honest.
