Emailed VW today after finding another problem on it. Not the best at these sorts of emails but this is what i said anyway... Any advice on how i could go about this? yes i should of spotted all these problems on the day but sometimes you just miss things..

Hi Adam,
Couldn't be bothered driving back down after this but basically, the car pulls massively to the left and is actually pretty scary to drive at speeds of over 70mph in (as i found out on the motorway), not only this, but the electronic wing mirror adjustment dial is completely shot, i can't select the options (Left or Right), as the dial sticks in between them. This will need wheel alignment and probably a trip to my local VAG dealer.
Now both of these problems as well as the fact that you sold me the car with 3800 miles more on it than was advertised have honestly left me feeling somewhat annoyed. Although i enjoyed our chats about remapping etc and S4 4.2Litre V8's... I would of hoped that you could of told me of these problems!!
Now i really like the car, but feel as though i've had my leg pulled abit here in terms of dealer to customer honesty, therefore for obvious reasons my customer satisfaction as of right now is rather low and am for the first time disappointed in the VW group.
I would appreciate it, as a gesture of good faith if you down at Vindis VW in Bedford either compensate me back for these issues (Seeing as if i part ex'd my car with almost 4000 miles more on it, you'd offer me significantly less), or allow me to resolve the problems myself and at my own expense, and then photocopy the receipts and send you these which whereafter you can reimburse me the appropriate amount. If neither of these options are for you, then i will either pursue further action or i'll be using my 30 day exchange offer!!!
Hope to hear back from you ASAP.
Regards, Harry Norman.
