Current Lead times on GTI

Anyone recently placed an order for a GTI?

just like to know lead times so i can get an idea of when to order for an early april delivery

My order was placed by my lease company with the dealer on 18/7. They quoted 12-14 weeks. It arrived at the dealer on 2/10. I received it on 10/10 so exactly 12 weeks.

With the Christmas shutdown dealers should advise 14-16 weeks

Ordered mine 30/9. Dealer just contacted me to say it will available 'December'.

I ordered mine on 15th August, it's scheduled to be built this week and the dealer estimates it will be with them at the end of November.

You can buy a pre-registered one now from most dealers I waited less than a week but it will be a 14 plate.

For a new GTD, my colleague has just been quoted 20 weeks on his order this week... It may come earlier, I guess...

I accept GTI may be different...
