Maybe the OP was drunk in charge or driving like an ar$hole, weaving all over the place and the person in the red car was making a point?
Having identified the other car and therefore a link to the owner with no more than hearsay is a bit dodgy or is that the way we are going.
Was there an accident or was anybody hurt?
Grow up and think a bit.

That's why I wanted to see the video.  What we see in that picture could be the end result of the red GTI taking a reasonable gap to overtake and then camera car doesn't like it and speeds up, leaving red GTI wondering whether to cut their losses, brake and pull in, or there could have been a bit of horseplay or road rage between the 2 cars and both are playing silly buggers etc.

If the OP is unwilling to post the whole video then they themselves might have something to hide about what led up to the selected picture.

Yes I'm pretty certain they do. As when the GTI went around the Top Gear track they flashed on the straight.

On the track both the headlights and taillights flash.  The brake lights certainly come on with ACC.

The other question is what is really to be gained by this post?  If the OP really was that bothered the sensible thing would be to hand the footage over to the Police.
