What's your experience with dealers?

Just reading this.

I find Worcester very hard to deal with. Although is a very attractive blonde called Samantha who works there.

I've always taken mine to Evesham, also Listers; and I must say I've had faultless service from them. They know what there on about. No BS. I'd imagine you may still have a problem with a loaner as it's still Listers though.

Second one to add to this.....

Front shock gone, warranty repair, Listers still cannot give me a courtesy car.
VW UK fobbed me off it's up to dealers insurance, what twit deals with insurance there???

Any independent back alley garage would give me a courtesy car but not Listers, what a bunch of .......
