hi all I am just in the process of trying to do 2.0l to a 1.8t and need some help do I take all the wireing loom out

If you need to ask that then you will struggle. 

Yes you need engine loom.

You take all the old engine loom out and ideally send it to get modded to suit the new engine by bgk tuning's
