Dog poo works wonders.  Many years ago, youths kept ripping out posts on a new fence my father was installing.  He smeared all the posts with dog poo (we bred dogs so had an endless supply), it happened once more then never again.  I remember his satisfaction at seeing the fingerprints in the poo

If were talking private houses u can only really do what everyone has suggested ^
- But with Council houses, do ur homework find out the house number the sh!t lives at and complain to your council, also ring the police on harassment, criminal damage, stone throwing- the parents will get a whole load of hassle and can face eviction, the kids wont come near the house again, but main thing is keep complaining daily and get your next door neighbour to as well more the better

What a rediculous thing to say, how about you pop round when you know who the parents are and ask them to tell there kids to play elsewhere.

You're going to phone the council and complain about kids doing what kids do!

Once kids (and some parents) know you have a boner about them playing near your car then they are going to yank your chain endlessly.
When we were kids we got told to play elsewhere by some Rasta at the top of the block when we accidentally set off his car alarm playing runouts, it got to the point he chased us with a machete after about 3 days of setting his alarm off
Still went back but not as often, just enough to keep him pissed and us looking over our shoulder

So let me get this right.  You are enticing children in with your car, then want to photo them.  There's a list for people like you
