Get some spring compressers and get your Boyf to do it! It's tricky and will take the best part of a day but a few cups of tea and some grateful nookie will be cheaper than a garage!

Don't forget that you'll need to get the steering geometry checked/adjusted after they are fitted it or was that included in the quote .If it is then the quotes not bad IMO  :undecided:

About the cheapest you will find to get em fitted is £20 a corner, add a geometry setup to that at about £20-£25 and theres your £100.

IMO you wont get em fitted and set up for less than that

I did mine myself one afternoon(with a little help from my little bro').Took me 4 1/2 hours,it's really quite easy, just read the section in the haynes manual a few times!
I havn't had the steering geometry checked yet though, but it feels ok!

So take off the price of a couple of tyres then as you'll need two front ones in a couple of months time.

I got charged £80 to lower mine but then it cost me two new front tyres because I didn't get the tracking and camber checked straight away, then had the cost of tracking and camber after the new tryes were put on, so it ended up costing me a lot more than £120. Ask exactly what the garage are doing for your £120 and if they are doing more than just fitting the springs then the price looks pretty good to me.
......now officially dubless.
