Whilst cruise control is a nice feature to have, how many people actually use it in this country? Especially those with manual gearboxes.Other than very early mornings on empty motorways, I never use mine.
Agree. That's why I never bothered speccing cruise on mine, knew I'd never use it. Never bothered with parking sensors either 'cos if you can't park it, you shouldn't be driving it
Too right. Although a rear camera would be useful for hitching up to a trailer. Talking of which, I read in VW Driver mag that the new Passat will have the first ever trailer reversing assist. If you can't reverse a trailer, you shouldn't be driving in my opinion.
I have front and rear sensors and a camera oh and cruise and I used to drive for a living good job I gave up lol
Already eyeing up the next Passat dubber how you getting on with your hunt for a Transporter?
Having parking sensors and a camera has nothing to do with the ability to park and the ability to drive. People with back problems for instance don't need to turn round if they have sensors and a camera. Are you saying people with back problems shouldn't be driving
