I third the idea of taking the council to court, it is possible to get a full refund if they haven't fixed the pit hole just need to get some pics of the pot hole and how deep it is. And also of what the damage is....

We don't pay road tax.
tax disc, is road tax to use the road , i pay it  :whistle:

Vehicle excersize duty. Council tax pays for roads.

Where all my moneys went.
