Could you show me a screenshot of where you think the postcode entry section of the Nav Pro is Jimble.  I have scoured every inch of what I think is the Nav Pro and cannot find any Postcode entry anywhere. In the town entry page It just asks for address details minus the postcode?  I find this weird.  I was trying to enter the details (could not find postcode entry) for a factory unit on an industrial estate and it would not let me.  Kept telling me the nearest house no is 2.  I cannot find Postcode anywhere on the Nav Pro?  Hopefully you can prove me wrong and show me where to look to enter Postcode.

Thanks Jimble for the prompt on where to look for Postcode entry.  It is great that I have now found where to enter the Postcode,

I can now confirm you can enter Postcodes on Nav Pro.  Those of you getting Nav Pro can stop the cold sweats on whether you should have purchased it, all is OK now thanks to Jimble showing us the way.

It's a bit backward where you enter it though.  Rather than just entering a Postcode as a single function.  It requires you to go in to the address entry screen and then select the Town entry field, this then in turn as Jimble say's brings up the Postcode button bottom left of the screen.  On this screen you enter either Postcode or Town.  A bit weird and awkward to find for a noob.  But all is great and wonderful now I know I have not wasted money on my Nav Pro.  I can vouch to anyone getting Nav Pro it is a great piece of kit, just some options are hard to find for the first time.

RNS 510 is the same - the thinking behind it is they see the postcode as being part of the address (which to be fair it is really - but coming from a TomTom I thought it was odd not to seperate them but its logical now).

I'm going up to the Autosport International Racing Car Show tomorrow so thought I would program the Discovery Pro for a route.  If you want any cafés, shopping centres, and any other POI no problem, but the NEC, no chance.  Found it at last by finding a Costa Coffee at the venue.  What a farce.

Assuming you found it, how was the show, did you see any aftermarket boys promoting anything good for the GTI?
