Why not just grab a quick nap while you lay back and relax. Nothing to do until you get there anyway, because it's not like you have to drive your car or anything. First of all, why would you be such a knucklehead and put other drivers at risk. Anything could happen in a split second, and the time it takes to get the hands back on the wheel could make all the difference. Secondly, why would you cruise around this way when you know that there are tens of thousands of cameras all over the place. I have a friend who was fined for farting while riding a bicycle. They saw him lift his cheek from one of the cameras, he was busted on the spot.
