There isn't much point on the offside mirror tilting is there?

Unless you're parking on the right hand side of the road?

Thanks all.
But that would be illegal as your facing the wrong way.
Unless of cause its a oneway road but its still recomended to park on the left. Or if its your own private road or driveway in which case just put the window down and look out of that lol.

It's only illegal when it's dark.

Just checked to see if mine does what you guys describe, and nothing happens. Checked in the menu that the mirror dipping is checked, moved the switch to the left mirror, and yet nothing !!!!! Thoughts?

I think it only works if you have the factory parking sensors fitted

You might not of actually adjusted it!!

Forgot what you ACTUALLY do but i think in the settings where you select it that is where you actually adjust it to tell the mirror where to go when selecting reverse.

So basically when you are activating it you have it set to the same place as you mirror thus it doesn't move.

Read the manual it will tell you how to set it in there!

It used to be a feature of the Luxury Pack which included folding mirrors. Did later cars get them without the folding function?

No.  I believe you have to have either luxury pack and/or parking sensors.  I have neither of these and don't have the reverse mirror dip feature.

As said they are part of the Luxury Pack and they are only on the passenger’s door mirror.
