I only know this because all that i have been doing for over five very long months is reading the treads in this excellent forum. I ordered my CSG GTD on the 15th July and its been one hell of a wait. However good things come to those who wait, And information is truly power.!!!!

Just checked mine and it has moved to in Transit too. I think I will phone my dealer tomorrow to find out more details  :cool:

Just checked the tracker as well.

Our car has gone straight from in build last night to having arrived at the dealer. WTF!!

We were hoping to get it for the 1st March. May have to have a rethink!!  :smiley:

Morning All!

Email the dealer some questions this morning.
Their replies are next to my questions.

Good morning David
 
1.       Is the car awaiting collection in Emden Germany? - yes
2.       Has the car been loaded onto the ship? - not yet but there are ships sailing on the 23rd & 30th Dec & also 1 on the 6th Jan so I would think your car should be on one of those
3.       What is the ships name? - car not shipped so no name yet
4.       When will the ship reach port? would be a few days weather depending
5.       What port will it land in? - TYNE
6.       From when it’s unloaded in port how long will it take to get to your dealership? - looking at 7- 10 days
7.       How long will it take for your dealership to PDI the car? - can turn car round in 48 hours
8.       When will you organise a transport carrier to deliver it to Glasgow. as soon as cars arrives will organise transporter
9.       When I expect delivery? - I think you will be looking the week commencing the 20th January

 :laugh: :laugh: Just spoke to my dealer and looks like it will be loaded onto a ship very shortly. They think 1st or 2nd week in January for collection. Forget Christmas, bring on the New Year  :evil:
