For those with Wellycoolers or 2.5" pipework.

What did you connect the take off for your n75 from? I have the standard bit of tube which has the nipple on it, but it's only a 2" bore.

Looking to get the k300 from Littco some time next year and want full 2.5" intercooler piping.

I'm guessing you have bought a 63mm silicone T for the DV?

you can either weld a nipple into the first section of alloy pipe or, what I did was take it direct from the manifold.
you might think you can`t do this, but you can
I believe the T for the DV is usually done in hard alloy.
Should have kept your mk4!

Cheers Jamie :afro:

Had thought about the feed coming off the manifold to be honest, seems a hell of a lot easier!

Also thought about using those silicone taps but was worried about leaks.

Regarding DV, trying to use as much hard pipe as I can, going to use the silicone T piece and use that as a joiner, might aswell make one of the joins useful!

If I kept my mk4, I could have had rods and a GT2871r by now

This is one of the reasons I copied the way the S3/TT setup is, I used the charge pipe and the inlet manifold off an S3/TT and just adjusted the piping layout to suit
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)

Not much good on AGU unfortunately pal, manifolds different.

Also going in a mk2, unsure if a BAM charge pipe will fit down the side..

Think I've pretty much worked it out now
