Which day of the week do BW's usually get confirmed?

I should hopefully get a confirmed bw this week :grin: Question for the people who have already had their bw confirmed. Is their a certain day of the week that confirmed BW's are given or is it just a random day of the week?

as bear said usually overnight from Thursday to Friday.

I can concur. That's exactly what happened to me. Thursday evening 'With the Factory', next morning it was 'Build week confirmed'.

of course the tracker is probably just an automated system to stop irate folk bombarding vw with complaints  :wink:

mine has always changed on sat night / sun morning, so real continuity to anything from vw as usual
i had a call on friday to say car had left factory, but tracker only changed sunday
(though tracker was down most of saturday)
now just showing as in transit (4 weeks) so who knows when it will arrive

All changes to the tracker status seem to happen overnight from the day before rather than in real time. My car arrived at the dealership Monday morning, but it was only overnight to Tuesday morning it showed up as being at the dealership. Same happened with every stage of “in transit” from “4 weeks” (left factory), to “3 weeks” (officially received at Emden and awaiting a ship), to “10 days” (it’s on a boat) and then “arrived in the UK”.
