Remember this is VW we are talking about here - might make nice cars, but their admin and customer service seems to be somewhat lacking!

I asked the dealer and I quote:

I was just having a look at the tracker it is showing my interior As Titan Black as opposed to Vienna leather.
 
They are both one of the same thing right?

and this is what he said:

Yes, the only colour option on our ordering system for leather available to order is Black Vienna Leather

That doesn't answer the question. But if its wrong Heads will roll.

Nope, working for me.  They must be updating yours Jimble, so that when you refresh it sets it to back to "With the factory"
