16v starts and cuts out

New pumps, will get new replacements tomorrow. Car was running back in march as was started back then by someone and driven but they did say it wasn`t smooth

Can the metering unit be rebuilt? excuse my lack of knowledge on these 

seems strange pumps have packed up don`t you think?

Replaced the pumps, removed pipe from metering unit a lifted flap and runs for a few more seconds than it did.
So will order a metering head if I can find a decent one

i have a 16v metering head un opened but second hand i will post to you for the price of postage and then you pay if it works ok or come and pick it up from north london and if it works you can pay me,
it cost me 60dabs from ebay from a breaker iv used before. btw i wouldnt expect 60 dabs.

Pump in tank working, but nothing on inj pump even if I put direct power to it nothing!

Have you tried running an earth also?

Yep tried that, nothing pump clicks and thats it
