Myprotein

Hurricane XS

£63 for a 5kg pouch which lasts me about 2 months. Great weight gainer.

£46.89 for a 5kg pouch at Bulk Powders.

For unflavoured, which is probably disgusting. Otherwise it's £57.39, which is an identical price to myprotein, who I rather buy from.

Hurricane XS is a different product to normal whey protein anyway, it's an all in one with HMB and creapure.

Different people need different things. I personally just require a protein source as I don't get enough protein for the day.

And using shakes to fill gaps in a good nutrition plan is far from ideal. Use the shakes as a supplement not as a replacement. If you can't get enough protein from your diet alone then you need to make room for it.

I'm only buying it to use after the gym to help give a protein boost and aid in muscle repair. I won't be taking any before sessions or on rest days. I get plenty of protein from other sources.

Might be worth getting hurricane xs then, it's got HMB and creapure and it's only a few quid more than whey isolate
