the core does look better than a cheap ebay shiny IC tho

He says it is an S3 one! I got to say it does look like an S3 Forge intercooler, but I have decided to not take a chance on it. So thanks for all your input guys, you were all quite helpful  :smiley:

Just got to decide what I am going to buy now  :undecided: maybe a Toyosports!
Mods: R-Tech custom remap, Beachbuggy K250 Turbo, Forge 007 DV, RAMAIR Jetstream 108 induction filter, silicone piping throughout, R-Tech Supersize TIP, 42 Draft Stealth Catch Can, N249 bypass, Ported Manifold, Toyo Sports FMIC with 2 & 1/2 pipes, Custom made full turbo back exhaust & 2 & 1/2 " downpipe and 200 cell sports cat. BAM injectors, Turbosmart Boost Gauge, BBS CK Wheels, 312mm Brembo front discs and pads, Carbon canister delete and last of all, a liquid cube!

After spending this morning looking at intercooler set ups, I think a Welleycooler it is then!  :smiley:

Darkside developments will soon be selling a 1.8T intercooler kit, it uses the same twin pass core as THS intercoolers and comes with all pipework including replacement pancake pipe. Fitment should be excellent and no pipework will be on show.

They will be fitting this to my car as a demo sometime in the next couple of weeks so I'll be posting up pics when its on the car. It will probably be priced at around £475 so comes in a bit cheaper than THS kits and a lot cheaper than the Forge ones.
