Loved tonights episode! That P1 is just OSSUM!!!! 8)

Apart from the P1 (which is awesome) the rest of the show was mince. The 10mins spent on army vehicles was totally irrelevant and the star in a RPC is just so boring - i turn over for 10 mins when this part is on.

In terms of the Alfa 4C i can't actually recall them drawing any sort of conclusion as to whether is was good, rubbish, value for money etc. Most of it was about that stupid quad bike which you almost could guess straight away that it was going to be able to travel on water

I thought last night's episode was much better. No stupid explosions for one.

The 4C, looks great, and despite having it in the studio, they didn't put it around the track, but that maybe because it was so wet. But again, no real conclusion as to how good it was.
The quad bike - as soon as Clarkson turned up, you knew it was going to be something special and I do like the races, so I wasn't unhappy about that. But why was Clarkson not wearing a helmet or the right clothing for the water (or even a life-jacket)? BBC health and safety will have definitely demanded appropriate precautions be taken.

The star in the RPC. Who? I've no idea who he was. The interview was ok, but showing a full length Jaguar advert is a bit off for the Beeb.

The P1, awesome. But again, it was in the studio yet no timed lap. Maybe they'll do them when it's dry.

I was actually quite interested in the military vehicles section. Top Gear does seem to have great respect for the military, so it wasn't that suprising. It did highlight how much money was a) spent in Afghanistan and b) how much it's costing to withdraw from Afghanistan and bring back all the hardware.

Lets hope this improvement continues and episode 3 is better than this.

Seems I'm not the only one who does this- Star in a RPC I always skip through to the actual lap just in case they crash or something, the interviews are always mind-numbingly boring.

The P1 is very nice indeed. The army vehicle section I liked too, especially as I have a colleague at work who used to do military logistics so can ask them all about it.

Did you miss the bit about timing it in a couple of weeks against the Porsche?

Nope.
I have kids and work shifts, therefore I don't get to see much at the cinema (maybe 3 times in the last year at most) or have much time to watch grown up films.
I still thought the interview was quite interesting though.

Me neither. The last film I went to see was Disney Planes.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

I loved the episode with the P1, thought the military section was interesting and the race bit was quite fun.

And as for having Tom Hiddleston as the guest, well that made my night!

Not seen the latest one yet, will probably watch that tonight.
