Look at the spec at the bottom of the page. It says 5cyl 20v Turbo.
Maybe the original PVW feature was when it was first modified in 2003, apparently this is what it looks like now with the latest owner doing lots of work.

yeah its a 20valve 5 cylinder but would that not make it a twin cam. it says its a single cam in the text?
