Order Tracking - Upholstery

Hi There,

Just got my order number from the dealer and popped it into the VW Order Tracker.  Dealer reckons I'm looking at Mid-Late September for the build, but the week isn't confirmed yet.

The question I had is that the tracker reports the Upholstery as 'Titan Black' - Not the standard Red 'Jacara' Cloth. Is that normal? Wondered what others state? I haven't opted for the Leather seat upgrade option.

I wouldn't worry mate... They all say 'Titan Black' (unless you've ordered leather)... It's perfectly normal so you can rest easy.

Don't worry about it. Every GTI days the same. It's the term but the upholstery and they all get the same trim the are no options.

Gung-Ho, even leather says Titan Black. Trim level is different to seats and Titan Black is the only trim on the GTI.

Exact same issue - but reassured by your comments.

However mine also says that my car is the Performance (230ps) when I did not opt for this option. Any one else had this particular experience. Am I getting a free PP? :D

I already contacted the dealer, they'd never have let it slide when it arrived! Here's hoping they let us get away with it. honesty is the best policy??

I was thinking the exact same thing but when i checked in the brochure titan black refers to the roof lining, carpets, dash etc and is the only option on the gti along with standard jacara tartan (unless vienna leather was specified). I thought i may have scored for some free titan black leather or something haha.
