Reattaching sill trims after welding...help please!

Coincidently Id got myself a few days welding work locally which I walked off site on the second day due to the piss poor working conditions and shoddy job management.
In my haste to leave whilst  carrying my f**king heavy toolbox I went arse over tit on the loose ground which resulted in me fracturing my shoulder.
Looks like i won't be working... Or doing much else tbh for quite some time - motherf**k*r!

No way,bit of a crap bone to break really,probably take months to heal that will.

Yeah really sh!t actually as you can't really do anything with it apart from wear a sling and even that iI pissing me off already. I kinda wish I'd broken my arm or wrist instead as at least I could have had a cast put on it and carried on virtually as normally.
This is gonna seriously hamper my Golf tinkering now and not to mention put a quash on my impending drift trike tomfoolery this summer.
