What part of new wishbones do you not understand 
ball joints are usually sold separate to the wishbones (I know febi's sell just the wishbone and the kit).. also if they have being changed the camber/caster will all be well out
yes and why on earth would you use a old ball joint?
Thats like changing suspension and not the top mounts or taking gearbox off and not replacing the clutch.
