The plastic bit that is at the bottom of your windscreen, the bit that your wiper blades go through. It is f**king nails to get off!

mate appreciate your input but not sure that I follow.  what does the plastic bit have to do with stone chip marks on the windscreen?

When you try to force the scuttle panel off it can crack the windscreen, perfect excuse to get it replaced.
