No there's a difference of 2".
The seats from the Toledo are same fit meant as mk2.
So I could ither heat and bent the outer runner arm or take seats apart and swap bases.

Swap seat base, quick job...

If you need I still got one driver's base, non-height adjustable.... will go for scrap soon so yours for the taking.

Yeah I thought I may just do that. It's cool mate I will just use the ones I take from the mk3. I can then put them together and sell as mk3 seats to fit a mk2.

Ok seat base now removed ready for mk3 base.
Was soooo easy to do. 
I take it the backs will just go on without mods on the mk3 base?
