Just brought some of that redex petrol injector from tesco never brought it before will this be safe to use in my car ? My car is w reg gti 2.0 8v

Never used it myself so can't comment

It should in theory help clear out some of the crud

It should clear some crud in theory but mostly it will be psychological benefits. You'd probably be better off running a tank of vpower through it as that'll do a similar process.

My mate used similiar stuff on his old 325 once and his fuel filter and one his fuel lines had to be replaced as it blocked it up. Have no idea how. Non the less he was pissed happened a day after he used it so i have a light bulb to just stay away from the stuff as you would with puting "super" chip in cars
