Same here. Got all my tickets to get offshore last Jan/Feb and still on the lookout.
Went up to Aberdeen on Thursday to an oil & gas fair. Only 1 of the stands were on the lookout for roustabouts, however got in touch with another who do accommodation.

Its not easy mate because like you 1000s of people have put themselves  threw the courses which i normally tell people not to as 90% of companies if they want crew they will provide it all.... best Companies to Try are Baker Hughes.. Ensco.. Kca Deutag ... Franks International....Weatherford... Archer... Stork.... Twma .... Rowan Drilling....Qserv... Schlumberger... Aker Its honestly not easy just now mate as there Hr teams will have piles of CV's and most of it comes down to who you know... i have worked offshore for 7 yrs and I got my start Via my Father mate Grafted for 5 years and moved on to what i do now Subsea Tools.... Persistence is key mate Keep Firing your cv around Phone and ask for these companies Hr dept.. As you already have the courses it is a boost but as i said there are litteraly 1000s of peopl in the same boat chasing the same thing Just keep hassling The companies
