Not just saying it because they are standard, but the 18" Austin wheels suit the car perfectly, and differentiate it from the previous models.

I really like them.

But we have a good choice and of course many will go for the non VW options.

I've opted for the 'Santiago's' only because I fancied a change... The axe head 'Austins' (which still look good IMO) look too similar to my current telephone dial 'Monza's... Sill think I've been ripped off though!!

I can understand why you would have opted for these over the Austins, as they wouldn't have been different enough from the Monzas for me either.

I like the Nogaros, but worry they look quite small for 18s.

Funny. Ditto. I think they look mean but at nearly £1,000 you've gotta be kidding!

When I upgraded my alloys on my Scirocco from 17" to 18" Interlagos it only cost me £400 extra. So where do VW get off on charging £965 extra is unbelievable :shocked:
