Dog owners should have licences. No licence. No dog.
Dogs should be for two things. Working and companionship.

I have a cavalier King Charles spaniel and sh!t myself when's she's off the lead and see sonething like that. Iv only bad experiences.

The killing of that poor girl last week would never if happened with a properly regulated breeding and buying system.
  our boxer an the sister in laws american bull dog would run away from your spaniel so that is just sayin all those kinds of dog are the same they are not, seen a cocker spaniel bite a kid as the kids were dummy fighting an the dog didnt know the difference

The licence is more for the owners. Iv met a Doberman who is soft as peas.
Unfortunately you get a bad connotation.

Your garden is going to smell lovely in the summer,on a more serious note if there are three dogs like that running around next door and they have already come through your fence please dont let your children play alone out there.

I'm no expert but just looks like your standard council house staff to me

Saying that - its on the large side for a staff

It has the body and colouring of a Dogue De Bordeaux
