Hi All

I hope someone can help. I’m writing from Fifth Gear -  TV show on Discovery Channel.

We are currently producing series 23 where in each episode we will be filming a used car guide detailing several models of car you can still by that represent great value for money.

We are looking to source a VW Golf GTI MK5 for a days filming on the 19th March 2013 at Castle Combe Wiltshire where Jason Plato will be filming a guide/review on the car.

We are promoting this model of car as a great and affordable buy for someone.

We cover all insurance for our presenter to drive the car, your fuel expenses, lunch and even a hotel if your travelling from far to join us. Were not filming a car test , a race or driving the cars hard at all, it’s simply a few shots in and out of the car driving around the area.

Filming usually starts at about 8am and finishes at 6pm

If any one has an excellent example they would like filmed please please get in touch with me -
Simon.smith@northonetv.com

Please pass on my details to anyone you know who owns one also.
Cheers

Simon

to be honest, i wouldnt let anyone drive my car regruardless if I didn't know them and I would expect some money as I would be giving up my day as well and ofc there is the cost of wear and tear ;)

Its a BTCC driver!!  I think the bloke can handle the car

I let John Thorne loose in my MK4 around Castle Combe for a TV show and it was great being a passenger   he wasnt't shy about chucking it around and was actually very complimentary about my setup saying I had a good compromise between sporty and comfort  :smug:
