Any suggestions for a good breakfast? I'm thinking some porridge?

Currently I'm drinking powdered oats (from myprotein) with milk and some hot chocolate powder for taste. Fills me and powers me for a few hours.

1. 250ml water in a blender
2. 1 scoop of Gaspari Myosin/optimum whey/Sci mx (either brands are great)
3. 5 egg whites
4. Half cup of porriage oats
5. Scoop peanut butter (sugar free)

You can also throw in a banana.

This is a great post workout shake.  I used this in my competition days

Anyone recommend something similar to this:

http://www.ukfitnesssupplies.co.uk/products-Powertec-Isolateral-Workbench-Multipress-Light-Commercial_PTWBMP-13.htm

Looking for a bench press machine, has to be plate loaded. Dont have a spotter so one of these is required

Anything else out there, around 550 budget

Thanks
