Yeah he seems to think it maybe either coil or crank sensor.Crank Sensor is only about 3 months old so i hope it aint that.Coil is about 18 months old and was fitted by AA when last one packed in on me.

Can't see it being crank if its 3 months old. Plus they are a pain in the fecking ass to fit because of the location. Could be coil pack I suppose, but not worth spending to find out when it could cost you 30 mins and 5 quid for some wire lol.

I dunno y, I'm getting the feeling you may need to re-align the throttle body again.

Try what vdubninja has suggested and then try aligning the throttle body and take things on from
there.

No reason, just a gut Feeling, coz this is what your car was doing before, until you had it re-aligned and it fixed it. It's not going to cost you owt to have it done is it?

If thats the one by the temp sensor then thats only 3 months old aswell.What is the sensor on the side of the cylinder head behind the dizzy?

Well,removed battery tray and all earth connections and cable were fine. .Guess next step is going to be another VAGCOM at the weekend and see what comes up if anything.
