Totally agree and you can laugh all you like mr 069 but you have a mk4 so handling is an alien concept to you....

Was a bit tongue in cheek but hey a lot of the arguments posted Imply this. I voted for 1.8t as I think its best for power, weight, handling and mpg for what is a very nice car.
If I had a second choice it would be the VR, but then I would just buy a mulberry highline and stick the anni in the garage.
OP wanted more power?
