Great, I'll try the passenger side and report back. I have a feeling it'll work though, if that's the case, what would be my next step? Checking the wiring on the alarm box?

I'm not 100% what wires are tapped into for the closure but have a look above the fusebox for the alarm box.

The alarm could be at fault as i'm sure its an aging system.

Ok, will try closure from passenger side and then take apart the dash until I find the box then see what's what. Ta muchly :afro:

I have closure on mine but for some reason it won't auto lock when driving along.

Ok tried closing it on passenger side and it worked. I was sat in teh car and locked it and it closed it via alarm. Couple of hours later not working again, so it's intermittent  :sad:

Sounds like the alarm braking down, could be wrong though.
