Arghh flat battery now..
« on: 18 February 2013, 17:54 »
Right so got up this morning and car would not start thought fooook and was scratchin my head at work as to why. It was down to the interior lights being on yesterday when i was cleaning the car.

Tried a charge pack would not turn over. So got it started by some jump lead.

Now my headunit is dead. Well p1ssed off. I press eject button and makes the buzzin noise. Have checked fuse at the back and its fine.

Anyone know it could be?  Its a jvc double din unit.

had a double din unit did that in an old car after a flat battery. Took the unit out and disconnected it from the harness, left for 10 minutes and plugged back in and all was well. The unit i had also had a reset button on the back that could be pressed with a pin. Might be a pig to do but take it out and have a look might be the only option.
