The above spec will never make 260 without wmi.

Mylos car was a totally stock small port auq, with a very large fmic , 2.75" exhaust. Usual stage 2 spec, but also with an uprated actuator, and water meth injection running LOTS of meth.

Without wmi it was 240-245. With meth the additional timing allowed another 20bhp

63.5mm exhaust
1.8 NA camshaft
large injectors
Forge cold air intake
Forge actuator (blue spring)
Stock K03s turbo
4bar FPR
Larger MAF
FMIC

Tested on Maha dyno, 100octane fuel, 25degree advance... and it's in a polo.

Also I'm sure nick got k03s turbo around 240bhp without wmi: http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=209277.60

Old news but everyone seems to forget the real potential of the k03s when its clamped shut and made to work to its limits, obviously main problems are poor exhaust manifold and natural fuelling limits of the stock setup, followed by the need to improve airflow as well as to allow a bigger maf for higher g/s readings.

I will find my mates build thread that's over on ukmkivs. He had his 1.8t Anni running at 256bhp. It was a perfect match for my R. There was nothing in it from a rolling start. I had a slightly better top end.

His car is quick and running the same Ko3s it came with.

Not in any way standard :) Dyno Dynamics RR - 280bhp

Certainly not a easy do getting over 235-240bhp with a k03s.....got to know what your doing IMHO. I had a AGU k03s run 249.5bhp on the dyno... But when you think....new plugs, new maf, new filter near enough, new coils, new N75, new actuator.    VERY tough task on hardware thats seen a few miles.

Its running Denso Iridium IK22s
New Coilpacks (as of say 6m ago)
Filter is new ish (2 months)
actuator is new (Forge one)
MAF is roughly 1yr old
N75 has not been changed by me, this is one thing that may need replacing, but dont know until I drive it
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)
