Hi :) VW Golf Mk3 GTI 8v Colour Concept

Hello everyone, signed up to this forum a while ago when i had just bought my 1.4 Mk3 Golf. Only ever posted once or twice i think.
Recently just sold that Golf and bought another one, 2.0l GTI 8v Colour Concept. Absolutely gorgeous car and madly in love with it!

A few pictures of my old golf





And unluckily only have this one photo of the new car, will be getting some more later today once i get it back from its service + valet.


This is actually an ex uk car, registered in jersey sometime around 2009 i think, so you might have seen it before. Absolutely gorgeous car, love the blue leather interior. It's got a few problems so expect a few posts in the mk3 section trying to find out whats going on with the car haha.

Tried fitting this bad boy over the weekend


Jetex decat system.
It did not go to plan at all, bunch of rusted/rounded bolts/nuts. Meant that i couldn't get cat off, but then i couldn't get new catback pipe on either. So all that is connected is the cat, nothing catback is connected so atm sounds like a jet plane, not driving it until it goes to a garage and just gets the exhaust fitted properly.

Bit of a bummer but will be worth it when its on.
