Timing Belt Kits

Hi,

Just survey around... It is safe and reliable to use an OEM timing belt from Gates, Contitech timing belt kits instead go for genuine timing belt from VW?

My engine code is BWA Golf GTI MK5 2.0l TFSi, 2008 car.
