the old mesh style dry slopes has generally been replaced with matting now so there are no gaps to get your thumbs or tips caught in

i board... first tried it in 92... i prefer relaxed freeriding though

tell me what cairngorm is like please? never been there and am thinking of going, although have been all over europe and north america

Rubbish compared to France etc... But its good for a British slope. Has the Finicular railway, which is basicly a train. Slow but interesting... The rest is pulmas. Id probably say you best up here. You have the lecht very close too, and Glenshee also. Never been Glenshee, but been told its more suited around skiers

Got to love it, plan on doing a season in next few years, maybe even do a instructor course.
