Oil Pressure light coming up after having new engine fitted please help!

Hope someone can help me

I have had a new engine fitted as i was driving down the motor way and the Oil Pressure light came on and messed the engine!

all new engine cleaned fitted blah blah all fine had the car back 4 days and the light came on but only comes on when i start the car up then goes away and when the turbo kicks in ??

Can anyone hep i have spent alot of money already really dont want to have to spend to much more :S

Is it a recon engine or a 2nd hand engine ? Did it come with warranty ?

I'd get it back to the garage that fitted it ASAP if its warrantied before any more damage gets done.

Loose wire. Causing a intermittent fault maybe

try the oil pressure switch on the oil filter housing it might be faulty or your oil pick up pipe is blocked.

They have replaced the engine so I think the fault is elsewhere maybe a loom problem.
